Dear Kate,
We're very sorry that we did not communicate properly with you about your order. Unfortunately, it is a high season right now and the drivers go for the vehicles with the highest prices. Your shipping agent provided us with the information on your order and we can see that no drivers accepted the load for the initial price. This is totally our fault and we are so grateful to you for providing us with your honest feedback! Please accept our apologies.
