Dear Chalapathi,
We are so sorry to let you down. We have reviewed the records of your order and found out that, indeed, the carrier company's truck broke down. The photos were sent to you as proof. You were the only customer that was booked for that trailer so your friend couldn't have the exact same issue. Please, let us know at claims@sonic-auto.com if you want to dispute that so we can investigate. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and relying on your understanding!
