I picked Sonic-auto mainly due to the competitive quote and good reviews. Initially Eric provided me the quote and I thought I will be working with him. After I signed the contract, Chelsie was assigned for managing the shipping of the car. It made me a bit doubtful. Chelsie messaged me with her introduction and provided info on possible pickup time. The driver canceled on them so they had to find another transport company. At this point they increased the price and asked if that would work. I wasn’t too happy about that. Breaking the contract would cost $200 so I didn’t. Chelsie provided more higher quotes in the next few days as they were not able to find a driver at the quoted price. I guess that’s part of the process. Eventually she found a Driver, Aaron, at the quoted price. He picked up the car on time. Even though he had his trailer break down 70 miles from the destination. But he informed me and provided updates throughout and delivered the car on time. Overall I would say I am happy with the shipping service and at the price. Chelsie was great with communicating and finding the reliable driver. If you are patient with them finding driver at the quoted price and not in rush to ship your car then I would say they are one of the better options.
