My parents' Yukon lost brakes in Alabama and needed to be transported to Cincinnati on short notice. Dean Mitchell from Sonic called promptly and was able to arrange a pick-up next day. Unfortunately the driver refused the shipment due to complete absence of brakes on the vehicle. Despite this setback, Dean stuck with it and found a driver willing to deal with the more complex loading and unloading. He communicated clearly and promptly at each stage of the transaction, including follow-up post delivery. I definitely appreciate his diligence and commitment to providing excellent service.
