Alex Frost was excellent, he got my car to Bay Area from VA with no issues. Car arrived on time, I had to change the pickup date due to delays at the dealership and Alex was very accommodating in getting new carriers and still meeting my tight timeline. He was also very responsive via email and text. Will use Sonic if I need it again.
