This was my first time shipping my car and I was shipping cross country. Emily made the entire process seamless and easy. She stayed in constant communication and answered all my questions (via call, text or email) within minutes. Something happened with my initial driver where they weren't able to pick my car up on the expected date but Emily was on top of it. Within the hour, she found me a new driver that still fit perfectly with my schedule. The driver was great too. Stayed in communication and let me know 24 hrs before drop off and pick up. He was actually early both times and delivered my car to me ON TIME and without a scratch!
