We always teach our employees the value of honesty and prompt responsiveness when dealing with customers, so it is thus unfortunate that we were unable to do it this time. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We are truly sorry to hear about how you were treated. As per the price change, as per our records, you were notified of the real reason for the price increase. It's totally unacceptable and we understand your frustration. Thank you for being so patient and we rely on your understanding.
