Betsy arranged to have our car transported to Florida but in the hour before it was to be picked up at our home the driver was in an accident and cancelled all of his transports. Betsy valiantly tried to find other drivers, which she was able to do. But, as expected, the prices went up significantly and we opted to not ship the car. Betsy went above and beyond in her work and was always courteous and understanding. You are fortunate to have her as an employee. You will definitely be the carrier we will check with first next year!
