The week before Christmas and Sonic was able to find a driver within the 5 days. The original price quoted was based on past similar trips, so a price change was anticipated, Sonic was able to get the requested price negotiated down to keep the fee within a reasonable range, approx. 30% increase. I spent several days looking at reviews to avoid issue with communication. Told Sonic of the importance before signing agreement, and Sonic was responsive throughout the process. The notice of pickup to me was a little last minute, I got notice the day of but I also didn't ask how that worked. So I would anticipate being ready for pickup anytime within those 1st 5 days. It all worked out in the end. I also thought the selected driver was satisfactory, thank you!
