Dean Mitchell with Sonic Transport was very helpful. Even though the first driver was involved in an accident before he could pick up my car, Dean fulfilled our agreement by finding another driver in order to get my car to Phoenix on time. Unfortunately, the price did go up due to the change in drivers and the short notice; however, those were circumstances beyond Dean's control. I will probably use this company again.
