Dear Rajesh, We apologize for ruining your plans with your vehicle transportation. Unfortunately, the only driver that agreed to accept the job demanded a higher payment and we couldn't lower it down due to a last-minute booking. The reason the DOT number of the original driver was not provided is that he did not start the shipment process and we are not allowed to share that information. We rely on your understanding.
