Great office service, but inadequate driver sent

Elijah Cruz was very kind and helpful, but the shipment ended up costing $200 more than quoted. However, it was down to the last minute, so we went ahead with it. The shipper who came, Lyusdert Gonzalez from IBA Trucking, was not familiar with our stick-shift Mustang, and could not speak English. The vehicle wasn't delivered until the following day and there was a significant language barrier.
