Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback! As per our system, there was a driver assigned to your order who was supposed to ship your vehicle. Unfortunately, after your request for a cancellation, we had to dispatch him. He also relied on your order. No cancellation fee has been applied. We apologize if our company seemed unreliable in any way. Please, let us know if you need any further assistance.
