Dear Eric, we appreciate your detailed feedback We always try to stick to our customers' requirements. We have reviewed your order and we see that there were three drivers assigned to our order, but each of them has canceled due to a last-minute reschedule from your side. Unfortunately, our drivers can not be that flexible and usually plan their pickups in advance. We apologize that we couldn't complete your order. Thank you and have a wonderful day!
