Dear Customer, thank you for your detailed feedback. We are so sorry that you had to go through such an inconvenience. We have reviewed all the call recordings with your number and didn't find any missed ones. We believe our employee has answered each of your calls. As for the price change, we have never suggested a higher price, because we always try to stick to the original ones. Sometimes raising the price on a load board helps to find a carrier but it doesn't necessarily mean that we won't do our best to lower it down. Thank you for your understanding!
