Dear Patrick, we appreciate your detailed feedback! Thanks for bringing our attention to the terrible issue you have faced. As per our system, you did have a driver assigned to your order that was supposed to pick up your vehicle on the 20th of May between 5-6 PM. Since your shipping agent finished his work earlier, there was no one to update you on this case. This is totally our fault. We apologize for the miscommunication. We will solve the issue as soon as possible.
