Rose was very patient with me. She had everything set up for me but due to certain events, the driver cancelled a couple of Horus prior to pick up time. She was however on top of it. She immediately got the team to help get me another driver asap and get the car delivered at the initial scheduled date. Needless to say I called her over 20 times between that period ( really needed the car to be at destination by a certain date) but each time she was cordial, and understanding of my concerns. She got me another driver the next day and got my car at the scheduled delivery despite the hiccup. I would definitely recommend working with her.
