I worked with Maddy for my shipping. She prioritized me needs and made sure to keep that in mind as she looked for drivers. She was very patient and made sure I got what I wanted! I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed which I really appreciated. She would follow up with all offers. When I decided on a driver, she made sure to let me know when things were happening on top of the driver himself doing so. The driver was very nice and professional which I appreciated.
