Dear Shama, thank you for your prompt feedback We are so sorry to let you down. Unfortunately, booking in advance doesn't guarantee a fixed quote due to a range of circumstances such as gas price, etc. We always try to stick to the original quotes and lower them down as much as possible. We are sorry that the sales agent you worked with sounded unpleasant, we are sure she never meant that. Our customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Thank you for addressing this issue to us!
