Tom was great with walking me through the process and even worked extra hard to sort out a hiccup when the original driver’s vehicle had to go in for maintenance. The driver picked up and delivered early and our 4Runner was in excellent condition. Don’t be afraid to ask questions because Tom is great at communicating!
