At initial call for a quote, my experience with Sonic was very good. I was quite concerned about having my car hauled across country without me being present. Melissa was excellent with correspondence throughout the process keeping me informed and updated. My driver Johnny, was extremely reassuring and a pleasure to work with when he arrived on time with my car. I would surly use Sonic again. Steve
