We had to use Sonic due to an emergency we had while traveling. I reached out to Sonic spoke with a very knowledgeable and friendly rep name Paul. While working with Paul he was able to provide a driver in a timely manner and our vehicle was picked up in Massachusetts and delivered to us in Florida.
I will definitely used them again when we have to ship vehicle back up north.
