However, we are glad that your shipping agent managed to find a replacement for the carrier that canceled. We apologize for the price change and delay with your order. As you know, the deposit is calculated automatically based on the carrier's company insurance and also includes fees and taxes. It serves as a guarantee of your reservation on the driver's truck. We are so sorry to make the whole move so difficult for you ad we want to assure you that we will work harder to avoid such inconvenience in the future.
