Dear Customer, we went over your order and we have to admit that indeed we couldn't locate a carrier. We are so sorry to have made false expectations about the pick up date. You needed the vehicle picked up strictly on Saturday, but our driver could not do it till Monday. We wanted to be transparent about that, so we recommended asking another company if they could do that. We never charged you any deposits since our job wasn't completed. We hope for your understanding!
