Dear William, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We understand your frustration with the unexpected increase in shipping costs. We made sure to explain the reason why it happened and we are thankful to you for accepting a new quote. As for the original driver, this is definitely not acceptable, we will put him on our Black List and make sure not to ever work with this company. Also, we have rated them negative on our main National Load Board Central Dispatch. This is definitely not the experience we want to provide. We are very sorry for such an inconvenience, we will work hard to foresee such situations in the future. As for the new carrier, we are only the middleman between you and the driver and have no power to determine the final cost, only to make an impact on the driver in order to make the price as reasonable as possible.
