Using this company was such a hassle! I chose them because they had a better grade on the BBB website than other companies I was looking at, and such a mistake. They were very hard to deal with. This company quoted me $500 and we signed paperwork, then 2 days later, told me it was $750. Luke couldn't handle the pressure of upset customers complaining the company was getting complaints because they were quoting one price and then 2 or 3 days later, they were asking for more. I actually spend about 5 minutes listening to him complain and try to explain the same thing over and over, yet he wouldn't listen to any of my suggestions. To make matters worse, he got loud and was yelling at me. I spent another 5 minutes playing psychiatrist for the guy and had to suggest that if he can't handle his current job, then maybe he should think about finding a new career. He was near tears at points too. After 10minutes, when I was finally fed up, and i said 1 curse word, he then hung up on me. So unprofessional! This company told me the car would be picked up Tuesday, but then after Luke hung up on me, I knew it was not getting done. Then, I had to talk to him again Wednesday. I tried talking to Lennard because he was easier to talk to, but he only seemed to be in the office every 3 days. I finally agree to pay the extra $250 just to end the nonsense and get my car, although 3 days earlier I agreed to a cheaper price in writing! Then, Luke says the car should get picked up that day (Wednesday), then a few hours later says the car will be picked up Thursday. This was upsetting, but we agreed to get the car to me by Friday or Saturday at the latest. Then, I figured the car would get picked up Thursday morning. I kept asking the dealership if it was picked up and it wasn't. I call Sonic back and they said it would be picked up between 3 and 4 pm. So, they just wasted the entire day again. At 4pm, the dealership told me it was not yet picked up. My new car did not get picked up until 6pm! I got in touch with Sonic again, and Luke says he will verify delivery time the next day. So, Friday morning comes and I get an email telling me the car would be delivered on Monday. I had to be at work Monday so this was not convenient for me at all. Sonic told me the car could be delivered on the weekend. My new car has a GPS tracker on it. I watched the car go from Texas, through Arkansas and Missouri and finally into the southern part of Illinois. And I figured the car could be at my house Saturday or Sunday at the latest. It's only 5 hours away. So, saturday at about noon, I check the GPS and my car is in Indianapolis, but I live near Chicago. My car sat in Indianapolis all day Saturday. Why the heck couldn't he drive 5 hours to Chicago when he was already in Illinois? No, he goes to Indianapolis instead and my car was there all day Saturday and Sunday and he delivered it Monday morning. I had to make other arrangements to get the car. This company sucks! they quote a lesser amount to get your business, then sign paperwork agreeing to that price, then raise the price and then tell you that you cannot work with another company to transport your car because you signed paperwork agreeing not to work with another company for at least 1 week. Yet, the company then charges you more money and doesn't agree to the paperwork! And you have to play psychologist to Luke while he is crying on the phone or yelling at you. This company sucks!!
