I will like to state that though the company initially didn't come up to tell me that they are just brokers which they should on initial contact, the whole process after I raised the comments about being not the actual shipper went well and Daniel was upfront with information. I actually was happy with the fact that he and his team went looking for a cheaper mover when they came with initial actual cost and got me a shipper who under promised but over delivered. My cars were picked up on Thursday afternoon and by Friday afternoon it was delivered with No issues from Chicago to Midlothian, Texas. Thank you once again Daniel for your Help. Definitely a good help.
