Fantastic company, can't recommend them enough. They turned up on time and the driver, Tony, was very pleasant and understanding. I was a little nervous letting someone transport a car for my son's birthday but everything was explained and the delivery was on time and no problems whatsoever.
The price was very reasonable for the distance, no trouble with payments at all and as before everything was laid out plain and simple so I could see exactly what I was paying for. They ask for one third of the payment up front and the rest on the successful delivery which I was more than happy with. The customer service was top notch overall and I even got a call afterwards asking if everything was all right and if I was happy with the service overall!
I could also track the vehicles progress with the reps and get updates when it hit different stages of the journey! The reps went above and beyond what was expected of them to make everything easy and I didn't even have to stress about whether it would be there in time.
Top marks to this company, the reps & the customer service. A definite recommendation from me!
