I was skeptical about shipping my vehicle utilizing a broker, but once I contacted SOUTHBEACH transport and spoke with Ellie who was very customer oriented and attentive to my concerns, she relieved me of all my fears and made sure I understood their process which was of no risk to me in that No deposit or up-front fees were required, she booked my request with a extremely reliable and punctual trucking company. I was amazed how SOUTHBEACH coordinated with the trucking company to meet the short deadline I requested (one week from start to finish) and kept me in the loop with follow-up via the phone and the internet. The experience was amazing and worked without a hitch. Based on my experience I would highly recommend them for all transport needs.
