As a female, I was nervous about finding a carrier to ship my vehicle that I could trust. Shopping around for this was almost as bad as going to a car dealership, however, Joe Ortega, streamlined this process for me. He was patient, told me what to ask for, guided me in what to look for, and gave me lots of websites to check out on my own.

He was patient, (I probably called him at least 5 times asking random questions), highly knowledgeable and assured me that he could be reached anytime, no holding for operators or different dispatchers. He gave me his direct line and the truck driver did the same.

In short I would use this company again in a heartbeat. They were
