Pick up with very poor attitude. He did not show up on specified time. He called and made me rush to the pick-up location only to show up one and a half hour late. He refused to deliver the car to the specify location (a college), claiming that he could not find the place. He made the pick up person to the shopping mall to pick up the car. He called the pick up person to show up more than 2 hours early. Cheap rate - - very poor service.
