After struggling with another company which did nothing at all in six weeks, I went out for quotes again. Erika called the same day, had a great personality and a reasonable price. So I decided to try South Beach. Within one day she had found a driver! Truck was picked up two days later, and arrived in six days. Erika was constantly in touch, hooked me up with the dispatcher's phone so I could call him directly if I wanted to, and just made everything go great. The important difference Erika made was she did not just throw the listing up on the national load board and wait. She proactively went out looking for trucks already heading this way, and made the deal happen. And of course, no deposit up front. Top notch service all the way. Thank you Erika and South Beach.
