The first company I dealt with was a nightmare no return calls just a huge mess.then I decided to send car by train with no luck some how Joe Ortega called still not sure how but he talked to me about my car needs I told Joe I was just tired and didn't want to fool with this anymore Joe talked me into allowing him 20 minutes to work something out against my better judgement I allowed him the time he ask for that was the best decision I made in some time .Joe called back as promised with a price, a schedule date and drivers name and number.Joe called at least 4 times the next few days that followed he was great,honest and to the point.This man lived up to his word a rare things these days.On top of that the driver called me at least 5 times as early as 4 days before pick up .The driver was a little late do to traffic in DC but he stayed in touch the whole time on delivery he was Johnny on the spot.Joe make sure you tell your driver nice job.If you are thinking about using this company I would tell you to do it.I have Joe number saved and will use him and recommend him to all in need of transport.Take it from me low bid is not the best deal, I learned the hard way.Joe and David thank you I hope your company knows what you guys do for them you are the reason they thrive you made my son day -Joseph Monile US Navy
