Great Service at a Competitive Rate

I contacted South Beach transport after wasting a week of my time with another transport company who could not pick-up or deliver the vehicle as promised. By the time I contacted Joe Ortega, I had only two days remaining the remove the vehicle from the Port of Miami before incurring significant storage charges, after hearing nothing but excuses from the previous provider. Joe personally coordinated the retrieval of the vehicle from the port within 48 hours of my first conversation with him and had the vehicle delivered to the client 48 hours after that, without a problem.

Our company clears many vehicles through U.S. Customs at the Port of Miami on behalf of our clients and Joe Ortega will be the first person I call for future needs. He provided reliable service, at a competitive rate, on very short notice and he helped me restore the client's confidence in my company.

I tend to be a very demanding customer because I have to ensure quality service is provided on behalf of my clients. Joe met all of my expectations and helped enhance my company's reputation in the eyes of my client.
