I was being jerked around by other brokers. They all swear that they have trucks available in your area, but none of them can seem to book your shipment. One even lied to me about delivery and pick-up dates just to get me to sign with him, then when the day came for the pickup, he still had not even booked the carrier. I was being deluged by all the brokers, both by Email, and phone calls. Joe Ortega was one of those Emails, and I received a lot from him. Finally I Emailed him and told him that if he really could get me a carrier then do it. We agreed on a price and he emailed me the paperwork that named the driver and the company, He also called me and told me the same information. I signed the papers and he did the rest. I had my car delivered 48 hours later. Very satisfied
