I spoke to several companies about the transport of my vehicle. South Beach Transport was among the several companies. Most of the companies were rude and did not care about my plans, they were quick to the point no follow-up and just wanted me to use them and not really worried about my concerns. The first time I spoke to Alan he told me exactly how to do my research. He was very nice and new exactly what he was talking about. I wanted my car picked up on a particular day however he explained to me what could happen and I was able to move some things around in order to create a window for pick up and delivery. The pick up was a day late but it was ok because of the window he suggested. I'm a very picky and particular person. Alan was patient and professional even after the car was picked up. He did not need to follow up after delivery but he did and wanted to know how my experience was. So I am here writing this for his company and would like whoever reads this to save time and not be worried to use South Beach Transport because it worked for me. Hands down the best customer service I experienced out of all the companies. Hope this helps someone.
