Since this is the first time I've had the personal experience in shipping a car across the country, I didn't know exactly what to expect. I must say that Sara Lopez w/South Beach Transport eased my mind and made the experience relatively easy. I even had one of the carriers cancel (no fault of South Beach) because I wouldn't bring my car 25 miles to his "preferred" pickup site. Sara found me a new carrier at the same cost within about 6 to 8 hours. This carrier made the pickup at my direct location and earlier than the schedule of the original carrier who cancelled.

I must say that my experience with South Beach Transport was clearly one of good customer service and I will gladly use them in the future if I have further auto shipping needs.
