Nelson Smith was very knowledgeable and very patient. This was my first time shipping my car and I needed much explained. My move date was changed and Nelson called me back the next day with suitable arrangements. The actual transport drivers made me feel confident of their ability to safely ship my car. Though there was a moderate language barrier I applaud their ability and courage to drive challenging transport equipment across country.
