I would definitely use South Beach Transport again, and highly recommend them. I dealt with Jim Cios who was professional, honest, returned phone calls immediately, and followed through with my requests and getting questions answered immediately. He even returned my phone calls at 9:30 on a Friday night. The carrier was running late and even had a flat tire. I asked Jim (who works for South Beach, not the carrier) to look into it for me and advocate for my timeline. He immediately called them and got back to me with their new arrival time. They showed up at that exact time. I might add that the carrier, in turn, arrived at the drop-off destination on time. Jim gave us peace of mind and even encouraged us to check the Better Business Bureau, Transport Reviews and Transport Scams websites when initially deciding who to use.
