Mr. Castillo was 100% professional. Informative and to the point, he gave me all the information I needed to have my Lexus shipped from CT to my home in CA, with no money down until the pick-up open vehicle arrived on time (and then it was less than 10% of the total). I must have had seven or eight competing calls come in within the space of two hours after posting my estimate request, but Leo's offer made the most sense and gave me the most confidence. He followed up our calls with emails and explained the process clearly.

He gave me a time frame of 7-9 days, and the car arrived on day 8. He gets a perfect score in my book. I just wish this kind of experience happened more often.
