I don't know how they managed it and frankly I don't care. First time getting a car shipped and just wanted to get my car across the country as smoothly as possible. Alex was able to take care of everything. I didn't have to chase him down for anything. Was great because I could manage everything though text messages so he responded quickly and did all he could to make it happen. My 2015 truck made it across quickly and without hassle. Used them twice for my truck and my wife's car. If this is the first time you are doing this, talk to Alex Ratto.
