Dear Izzy, this process can be very scary for a first time user of a transport company, with all the scams out there, there was a time when I said, "all transport companies are crooks". Thanks to you. Izzy, from day one I was set more at ease with your customer service and advice, and follow up communication along the way, which really made me understand that there is at least one company who is legit, and that is you and South Beach! Thanks again, you are great at what you do!
