Do not use this company! We hired this company to transport our car for a military move and it’s just been chaos throughout the entire process. From the driver showing up a day late to pickup our car causing us to have to change our travel plans ourselves, to it arriving at our destination 3 days before we were promised it would be there (we were driving with a newborn and did not want the car in storage) to being overcharged QUITE a bit and now no one in the company even bothers to return our calls or answer the phone, I would never recommend this company to anyone!!! We were quoted $990, then at the last second (once it was too late to find another company) we were told we were going to be charged an extra $120 because our location was out of the way. So our total SHOULD have been $1110. Instead, we were charged $120 by south beach transport before they even picked up our car, and then had to pay the driver $1185.. ($990, $120 for the extra fee AGAIN, and then $75 in storage fees even though we were told we would only be charged $40 for storage..) and then when we went to pick up our car we had to pay the storage company an additional $40 because the driver didn’t pay them!!! Unless you enjoy wasting your money, look for a different company for sure.
