Hiring a transport company is a tricky thing. You hear so many horror stories and are completely at their mercy after pick up. This is my second experience but first with this company. I did not rate the first one, so-so. I received approximately 15 Quotes. Southern Belle was the cheapest, BY FAR! Always skeptical of the cheapest?? Stacy was very helpful and answered all of my questions pleasantly and in detail. it took 4 days to find a truck at that rate. There was a bit of a glitch at the time of pick-up. They were so accommodating and apologetic and it wasn't even a big deal. Very nice drivers. It was 45 hours from start to finish. The car was in perfect condition!! I will defiantly use Southern Belles again.
