Sheldon gave me an immediate quote and worked with me to ensure I could get transport on a van with a car top cargo carrier. He stayed in touch with me while I was awaiting the vehicle to be repaired and then shipped from Kentucky to Illinois. Once the vehicle was ready for transport, he connected a driver and I had the vehicle to my door the very next day. Sheldon provided the insurance and contract info, an accurate quote, and stayed in touch until the vehicle was delivered. A clear differentiated customer experience compared to others I’ve worked with in the past. When the need arises, I will use Souther Executive Transport again and not even bother getting other quotes, as he made the process very easy.
