Specialty Transport did a wonderful job arranging the pick up of my vehicle. They were very easy and enjoyable to work with. My complaint involves the condition of my vehicle when it was delivered, which really was the fault of the transport company used instead of Specialty Transport. The outside of the vehicle was in excellent condition and had been recently washed, which we appreciated. The inside, however, had grease all over. It appeared to us that the car had been driven by people wearing greasy clothing. There were spots of grease in both the front and back seat, as well as on the headliner. There was no reason the transport company should have been in the passenger seat or the back seats during transport. Unfortunately, we had not written down the mileage prior to shipment, so we were not able to prove that it had been driven. The grease did wash off, so luckily there was no permanent damage.
