I had no way of contacting them throughout the process. I had no information about what day they might deliver. The first phone call I got was on the day they were supposed to deliver. They said they would be at my place in 10 minutes. 4 hours later they called me at midnight to come pick up my car at some remote parking lot miles away. They said they would deliver my car to my house and then at midnight they changed plans. I couldn't get there so they said they would deliver the car at 4:30 IN THE MORNING! So I wake up at 4 am and wait for a phone call. NO CALLS. I call all the numbers that have called me and nobody picks up. The driver hasn't even set up his voicemail system. THERE WAS NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE. To top it off, their dispatcher lady was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She was unable to communicate any meaningful information but she loved to talk about nonsense. I must have called her over a dozen times and left as many voicemail but she did not call me back a single time. This is a horrible company and should not be trusted.
