Worse Transport Service Ever

This transport company was assigned by Montway to ship our vehicle due to a military PCS. We then called since it was after 4pm the day of arrival and hadn’t heard anything. My husband called the customer service line and after several minutes of waiting in the queue, he was then sent to voicemail. Neither the driver, nor company answerd our calls. We continued for several hours to reach someone. The “owner” finally called stating that the vehicle would arrive the following day instead. After my husband inquired why no one called earlier to inform us or answer our calls, the person then began yelling at him and laughing at our legitimate concerns and questions. This company has been highly unprofessional, lacks follow up, lacks follow through, and lacks customer support.
