Other than my cars (had two shipped at the same time) being completely covered in dirt when they arrived... The entire process went as promised by SMS and was on time on both ends. Pioneer Express was the carrier and the driver called to schedule pick up and delivery as advertised. My cars were really dirty and it took a couple washings to get it all off. Other than that, I'd say the entire experience was nearly painless. Anytime I called the office and was unable to speak to someone, I received a prompt return phone call from them. I would recommend SMS and would certainly hire them again if I have another car shipped.
