Paid deposit on contrat. Was told a carrier would pick up on 8/13. Morning of 8/13 no contact from carrier. Noon 8/13 I called SMS to find out what was going on, was told carrier was running late and would pick up next day in the AM. No problem, but when were they going to call me and let me know? I mean I have things to do besides sit around at wait on them. 2hrs later guess what? The carrier shows up to load my vehicle. Wait a minute Im not even ready because I was told you werent comming until tomorrow. Truck gets loaded and hits the road with a delivery date of 8/18.

Fast forward to 8/18, nothing. 8/19, nothing. 8/20 I call, because god forbid they take the initative to call me right. Im told the carrier broke down and they would deliver tomorrow. 8/21. 8/21, nothing. 8/22, nothing. Oh, I guess I have to call and find out where my truck is, again. Im told the carrier is still broke down, but they are hoping to deliver tomorrow, 8/23. You guessed it, 8/23 and no truck. At this point Im ready to call the Sherriffs office and report the truck stolen. 8/24 Im getting ready for work and my truck shows up. Dirty, but just as I left it. But seriously, what if I had left for work? Wheres the communication at here?

Oh, I still had to pay full price. I mean i wasnt inconvienced at all right.

We received this order on 7/26. The customer’s vehicle ready date was 8/3 but requested that pickup be as close to 8/13 but absolutely not after and could not deliver until 8/18. We dispatched the order on 8/8 with estimated pickup 8/11 and estimated delivery 8/18. Apparently there were some unexpected delays with an unforeseen breakdown with the truck that were communicated with the customer. It is unfortunate that the carrier did not keep better contact with our customer and we apologize for this. Because there are unforeseen delays, we never advise customers to stay home and sit by the phone waiting for a driver; however provide several contact numbers for example, home phone, cell phone and work phone to avoid similar circumstances.
